As Maxis says its targeted to new potential players as oppossed to those of us who have played the game since the beginning. If that's the case, it seems to me the only fair thing to do would be to make available *free of charge* all those extra goodies that will be packaged in the Sims Deluxe. Maybe as a special series of Sims Days downloads.
